URGENT ALERT! Target at the Quarry has Run Out of Peeps!
LA came back from the quarry empty handed! Time is running out! I hope Debi checked the commissary, even though I told her not to! If these Peeps don't turn up soon, I'll get stuck using the knock-off Fourth of July Peeps. In times of crisis, we all need to come together. Please, everybody, keep your eyes peeled for the last few boxes that might be lingering on the shelves of your local grocer...

Alas, no Peeps at Rainbow foods either, lots of other goodies left. Can you make garland out of Reeses Peanut Butter Mini Eggs? I am riding my bike to Walgreens for allergy drugs later this morning - will check their stock. I have high hopes for the drugstores.
i have a box of peeps. i will bring them to psycho suzies tonight just in case i see you. they are blue bunnies. very cute.
Walgreens on Central NE is Peep free.
This is a travesty! Who is taking all of the peeps?
Emily, I would love to have your box of peeps! I won't be at Psycho Suzie's tonight, but maybe you can give them to Julie? Thanks!
Father in law to the rescue! He came home today with 20 boxes of Peeps Bunnies in assorted colors and they will be mailed on Monday.
WWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
20 BOXES OF PEEPS!!???? This is awesome!!!!! Just think of the things I can make with all those peeps! Maybe I'll plaster them to my car! Or make a sundress? Or put one on Shad's pillow every morning for the next two years? Re-enact civil war battles?
Many thanks and much love to my peeps-scouting mother-and-father-in-law across the ocean!!!!!
Having Peeps imported from Germany is maybe one of the most ridiculous things I can think of.
Wait no, that would have to be the boxes of 10 cent Top Ramen noodles that are on their way.
Sometimes people forget how classy Ugly Juice is. Ugly Juice demands the finest imported Peeps of the highest quality. How dare you assume that I'd be satisfied with the pedestrian Walgreens variety?
When we first came overseas, we would wander around the German grocery stores trying to figure out what things were. It isn't always easy to tell from the label (like seeing the picture on a can of Crisco and thinking the can is full of fried chicken.) One store had an "imported food" section which featured Oreos, torilla chips, and sliced bread. We, of course, bought the Oreos and felt quite posh because we were eating "imported" food. When I told a German co-worker that I had toast every morning for breakfast, she was jealous! Seems light, sliced bread for toasting is a special treat here. Normal German bread is heavy, dark and must be eaten immediately after baking or it turns into a rock. Do something special with your imported Peeps Anna dear, you are worth it! Just don't give any to Megara.....
