Student Takes Property Class Very Seriously

Today in Property, we got kind of bored talking about easements, so Matt, Geoff, and I started looking at properties for sale online. (I told you we only instant message to enhance classroom activities!) This was Matt's favorite place--check out the wine cellar! But I want to live in the city, so this house was my choice.

23000 square feet and only 4 bedrooms... might as well be a studio apartment.

Ah the glory of having more money than ways you want to spend it... someday... someday.

I didn't know you wanted to live in a church. Now, about those lottery tickets.....

Yeah, it totally looks like a church. I have no idea what is up with it. It's so dang cool. It's so huge, but why only 4 bedrooms? What was it used for?

That place is over by our old apartment. What I know about it is that it was originally personal residence. Eventually, it became a place that one could rent out for parties or events like wedding receptions. My guess is that it wasn't bringing in the kind of money the investors wanted and with the current revamping of the Uptown area around Franklin they are hoping to unload it as a residence again. The gardens behind the building are worth checking out. Just breathtaking. Personally, I think you guys could put that wine cellar to some use.

Well it has ten fireplaces, so think of all the money you'd save on your gas bill. Suddenly that house looks very reasonable and affordable.

Plus I've always wanted an Amusement Room.
