Ahhh, you didn't read the story did you? Her Mom is "sick" because she jumped off a 4-story building, possibly because her daughter is a porn star. It would be hard to face the bridge club after bragging about your Hollywood daughter when the headline reads "Porn Star Run Gives a Whole New Meaning to the term "Public Service."
I know, I know. It's really sad and I'm a total jerk for deriving some inspiration from it. Plus, she looks like a nice girl.
