Student Zips Right Along on Pre-Trial Motion
It's been a good day. Shad abducted me from school this afternoon and we went out to enjoy the sunshine. Then he returned to the library with me and we were both very productive on our respective projects. I love writing motions. Also I've had plenty of coffee and am downright happy.

Thanks for leaving out the part when I became a total asshole over the uptown parking situation.
We're not uptowners anymore...weird. North is so bland, we should get a condo downtown or on the downtown side of Northeast.
Please don't use profanity on my G-rated blog. North isn't bland! It's super exciting! (e.g. people getting shot, looking for drug deals, having car stereo stolen, etc.) Okay I don't mean to be negative or flippant. On a more serious note, we could take a beautiful walk in north minneapolis and we wouldn't have any problems parking if we wanted to take a walk on victory memorial parkway. Oh, crap. DISCLAIMER, dear mother-in-law! The shootings occur many, many blocks away from us and I'm sure the car stereo thing was just an anomaly. Also we have a quasi-alarm system and a ferocious cat.
Ummmmm, are you sure I shouldn't cancel Toby's ticket? I'm seriously worried about the girlfriend from hell he picked up but I don't worry about him getting shot here. Now I don't know what to do......the mother in law who doesn't read disclaimers
Nah, Toby's not going to get shot. Isolated incidents, these. And we won't let him get a job at the corner store, don't worry. And, don't forget about the ferocious cat who protects our home. Anyway, aren't you going to yell at your son for saying "ass" on my blog?
Speaking of shootings and GFH: buy the GFH (girlfriend from hell) a ticket and let her take the bullet. Two birds, one stone.
Crappy parking- ahh, I miss uptown too, and it isn't even snow emergency or art fair.

Naw, why spend the money to send the GFH to Minneapolis when accidents can happen anywhere? And if you all want to see really crappy parking, come to Europe.
I'm glad you have an attack cat, but what if you are the one who wants to shoot Toby after you see what a mess he makes in a bathroom? Can you sic Baby Secrets on him on something before you progress to severe bodily harm? And I'm not going to yell at Shad; it is refreshing when a man actually admits to acting less than adult... Besides, it is YOUR job to yell at him now, he he.....
Ok, I guess Blogs are cool and everything, but we've hit a weird point when Jason B is talking to my Mom about my little brother's girlfriend.
Next thing you know, art directors are gong to be coming here to see baby pictures.

Too bad the amount of worthless information is in direct inverse proportion to the amount of traffic...I'm not even sure I know what that means.
